Application Instructions

To successfully complete the application process for Almadina College of Nursing Sciences, please follow the steps below while filling out the online admission form:

1. Required Fields

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Ensure these fields are accurately filled out.

2. Application Fee

Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦15,000 using the secure payment methods provided on the next page. This payment is required to proceed with your application.

3. Personal Information

Enter your personal details, including your full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth. Ensure all information is accurate, as any discrepancies may affect your application.

4. Student Information

Provide the student's legal name, gender, date of birth and contact information. Double-check that all details are correct.

5. Academic Information

• List the schools you’ve previously attended, grades received, and any standardized test scores. Be prepared to upload supporting documents such as Jamb and O'Level Results and any other relevant academic records.
• Applicants who selected Almadina College of Nursing Sciences during their JAMB application should ensure they upload their JAMB result slip reflecting this.
• Applicants who did not select Almadina College of Nursing Sciences in their JAMB application are also eligible to apply directly to the College. However, such applicants will be required to complete the necessary change of institution process with JAMB during admission processing.

6. Parent/Guardian Information

Submit details of your parent(s) or guardian(s), including names, addresses, phone numbers, and occupations.

7. Submission

Before submitting your application, review all the information carefully. Ensure that all fields are complete and accurate. After submission, save a copy of the confirmation receipt for your records.

Eligibility Requirements

• JAMB score: 140 and above
• O-Level Results: Applicants must possess at least 5 credits in their O-Level results (WASSC, NECO, GCE WAEC/NECO), including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. These credits must be obtained in no more than two (2) sittings.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be 17 by August 2024.
• Nationality: Only candidates who are Nigerian by birth are eligible to apply.
